We are dedicated to the provision of excellent, evidence-based, clinical neuropsychology services, in a cost-effective and timely manner. We accept many medical insurance plans. We also provide a range of forensic neuropsychology services and independent neuropsychological evaluations. Alene Cerasuolo is our very talented and helpful administrator.

Loren E. Mallory PhD, ABPP, Director

Dr. Mallory graduated from Point Loma High School and Point Loma College in San Diego, CA. He attended the Graduate School of Psychology, Fuller Theological Seminary, in Pasadena CA, where he completed an MA degree in theology, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology (APA accredited). He completed year-long practicum placements at the Pasadena Community Counseling Center and the Stop Abusive Family Environments (SAFE) program. He completed a year-long clerkship placement in psychological and neuropsychological testing at Kaiser Mental Health, Los Angeles. He completed year-long internships at the University of Southern California (USC), and Ingleside Hospital. He completed a post-doctoral psychological assistantship at Accredited Psychiatric Medical Group. He came to Oregon in 1991 and became a licensed psychologist in 1992. He was first an associate and then a partner at Willamette Valley Family Center, in Oregon City, OR. He completed board certification with the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Clinical Neuropsychology. He founded Willamette Falls Neuropsychology LLC in 2016.
Dr. Mallory provides neuropsychological consultation, evaluation, and testing for a variety of neurological and medical conditions. He directs Willamette Falls Neuropsychology LLC. He also provides forensic neuropsychological services.
Dr. Mallory grew up mostly in San Diego. While in graduate school, he met and married his wife, Debbie. They have 1 child, who is now an adult.
Lydia Hogan, PsyD

She is working to become board-certified in clinical neuropsychology, which involves two years of postdoctoral supervision with intensive training in brain function and disorders of the central nervous system. Dr. Hogan has a special interest and experience in the evaluation of complex presentations involving prenatal alcohol or drug exposure, complex trauma, and comorbid medical conditions. She is passionate about providing answers and hope to her clients. Dr. Hogan has experience in medical and outpatient contexts with patients across the age range and enjoys evaluating ADHD and similar conditions across the lifespan. Dr. Hogan also finds meaning in being a therapist and guiding her clients toward the life they desire.
Dr. Hogan grew up in Oregon and enjoys spending time outside with her family. She comes from generations of gardeners and uses gardening wisdom from the other half of the world to grow lush produce and beautiful flowers. Making music is one of her favorite hobbies, and she appreciates how healing creative arts can be. Dr. Hogan finds the intersection of biology and psychology fascinating and is excited to be part of an evolving field.
Kordell Kennemer, PsyD

Dr. Kennemer grew up in Oregon. He completed his undergraduate work at Warner Pacific College in Portland. He then attended George Fox University, where he completed an MA and PsyD degree (APA accredited) in clinical psychology. Dr. Kennemer completed an internship at Wyoming State Hospital, where he completed his primary rotation in the adolescent unit as well as rotations in neuropsychology and forensic psychology. He completed a two-year residency in clinical neuropsychology at the Neurology Learning and Behavior Center in Salt Lake City. Dr. Kennemer completed psychology licensure in Oregon in 2004. He was employed at the Oregon State Hospital, Forensic Evaluation Services, and then became the program neuropsychologist. He has been a consultant for Social Security Disability and maintained a private practice since 2004. He joined Willamette Falls Neuropsychology LLC in 2016.
